1/96 Booker Bay Road, Booker Bay NSW 2257

Location, return and capital growth, it’s got the big 3 covered and speaking of location, the unit is only (approx) 100 mtrs from the Marina and approximately a kilometre to Ettalong Beach Ferry service to Palm Beach plus Cinema Paradiso and public transport is only metres away!

This is a great opportunity to get into the market with a solid return in the ever popular Booker Bay district.

The 2 bedroom bottom floor unit is one of a four units in complex and has its own private entrance, shared laundry, own storage shed and a huge grassed common area.

Over the last 15 months there has been refurbishments to areas including a new bathroom, built-in robe, hallway storage wardrobe, new blinds in both bedrooms and plantation window shutters in the large living area.
