Pearl Beach is a small village at the southern tip of the Peninsula, surrounded by Brisbane Water National Park with one road in and out. The beach faces south-east across Broken Bay towards Sydney's Northern Beaches.
There's a café, a general store and the Arboretum, and not much else, which is the point. Many homes are weekenders or long-held family places. Buyers here are mostly from Sydney, and they're paying for privacy and the setting more than the house.
